Customer Reviews for Joice Tree Service

“Joyce Tree Service did a great job cutting down my beautiful but severely damaged maple. He communicated clearly, was prompt, and cleared debris. I can highly recommend this service.”

“Austin, the owner of Joice Tree Service, came and gave me a free estimate on a tree that had fallen on my shed during a storm. He was one of the few who actually returned my call, and texted/called me when he was headed here. Austin showed up when he said he would, and gave me a very fair bid. He was clear about what he was going to do to keep damage to my shed to a minimum. He detailed my options including cost impacts. We discussed ways I could save money by leaving the wood in chunks, etc. Finally, we went over what he was and wasn't going to do so there wasn't any confusion. He reviewed his qualifications, and showed me previous completed jobs. I wouldn't have any hesitation recommending him to friends & family. In fact, I'm going to have him back out to bid some tree work in the fall.”

“They removed several tree limbs, twisted from the last tornado. Across the power lines going to my house. I was so blessed to have Austin, a very professional, efficient, knowledgeable young man come help with this problem. It didn't take him very long to detangle and remove those dangerous branches. He is very polite, and a brilliant young man. Very knowledgeable on tree service. I highly recommend him for future services. Very good at his job. And thank you again, Austin, for your help with my tree problem. God bless you and your family.”

“Used last week in Tulsa. Liked Austin so much we hired him again this week. Did an excellent job taking down a very large, difficult tree close to power lines. Very responsive- texted to keep us updated very fair pricing. Nice guy. Professional, carful and cleaned up everything.”

“Joice Tree Service is VERY easy to work with! They showed up when they said they would, they went above and beyond, and treated my property as if it were their own. They went as far as relocating a bird’s nest before taking down a tree, cutting in access for my power lines, and consulted with me throughout the job to ensure they were doing what I wanted. My son and I sat in lawn chairs and watched them climb a tree to remove it; it was honestly impressive and entertaining. I have recommended them to family, friends, and anyone that will listen. Joice Tree Service is the only company I will have on property!”

“The owner, Austin, is very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice and recommendations for our multiple tree issues. He came highly recommended by a well-known, local master arborist. We were extremely pleased with the work, which included the removal of several trees, trimming along our entire fence line, and tree shaping. Austin was very responsive and addressed all of our questions and concerns. The service was fairly priced and stayed true to the original estimate. We have enough experience to recognize a business owner who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction - and that's Austin!”

“Austin arrived on time and completed the job with precision. Clean up was top notch, would recommend his service to anyone!”

“Austin and his team at Joice Tree Service have tackled multiple large trees for me, and every single time they’ve done an outstanding, professional job. Austin is incredibly knowledgeable—a true arborist who knows when a tree can be saved and when it needs to come down. His expertise shows in every step of the process. His pricing is fair and honest—he doesn’t take advantage based on the zip code like some companies do. I truly appreciate his integrity and the quality of his work. Thank you so much, Austin! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Austin is extremely professional, personable and efficient. He sent texts to let us know his arrival time and when he would be leaving. Great price! He did a lot for us. Cleaned up his work and hauled off. He prefers texts because when he is usually working with loud equipment. Definitely hire him !!!”

“Austin and his crew took down one of our dead trees and was pretty quick about it! I highly recommend giving him a call if you are in need of tree work, They do everything in a timely manner and do not disappoint with the work they do!”

“I called Joice about trimming a large, overgrown tree in my front yard, and some limbs hanging over my roof on the side of my house. I spoke with Austin, and he was very professional, courteous, and very fairly priced. He quickly made time to give me a quote, while keeping my schedule in mind. He showed up on time and was very thorough on exactly how he would do the work, the time it would take to do it, and the overall cost. When it came to the actual work, he showed up on time, and walked through, once again, what we had previously discussed before he started the work. His work ethic and skill were incredible. He worked safely, and efficiently, with proper safety and climbing equipment, and worked diligently to get my trees exactly how I wanted. Afterward he cleaned up my yard, and even the street where some limbs and leaves had fallen. You would have never even know half a tree had just been trimmed in my yard! Austin even went out of his way to trim some overgrown areas that we hadn't discussed, but definitely needed cleaning. He ended up staying a little later than he had originally thought, but still did not charge me more for the extra time. Overall, Joice Tree Service, and Austin, did an absolutely superb job for me. They were incredibly helpful and open about every step of the process, and very competitively priced. I definitely plan to use them again to keep my trees looking nice next year too!”

“Austin and his helper, Jonathan, arrived on the day promised, performed the work requested without damaging any of our property, and cleaned up after themselves before departing. I believe the price I paid for the job was fair. I have no qualms recommending their services!”

“Amazing work! I had a massive red maple that was completely dead and needed to come down. I also had another red maple that needed cleaned up as well as an oak with a few dead limbs.
